This two-story property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional guest toilet, accommodating up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning in the living room, a fan, a washing machine, and beach or pool towels. A cot is also available. Outside, you will find a private area with a fenced pool, garden, terrace, balcony, and barbecue. Guests can enjoy the pool year-round. The villa is located 10 minutes from the lagoon with water sports facilities, 20 minutes from beaches and the coast, 25 minutes from the Alhambra, and 40 minutes from Sierra Nevada. Granada Airport is a 35-minute drive away. There are 3 parking spaces available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Access to the villa: The villa is set in nature, in a unique and special environment. The final approach includes about 1 km of rural road, with some narrow sections. Most of the road is paved, though there may be small areas with loose gravel. Standard cars can access the villa easily, but we recommend driving carefully, especially if you are not used to such roads. For added comfort, we advise against very large or low vehicles. This type of access is common for rural accommodations in the area, and for many guests, it is part of the experience: nature, relaxation, and complete privacy.
